I hope all of you are doing well and staying active! It is very important that you do at least 40 minutes of moderate to intense activity everyday to stay healthy! You should strive for this goal every day, however, feel free to do any of these activities that you want, as time permits.
PE at Home: Also, I will be providing activities that you can do in your home (Energizer, Yoga and Family Workouts).
Note: Parents, these activities are meant as enrichment for your child at this time and not as an "add on" to their regular learning.
