Ashland County Fair is celebrating it's 175th Anniversary, and you can be a part of the festivities!

• The Ashland County Community Marching Band will Parade down Claremont from Smith Road to the Fair Grounds on August 15th at 10am for the Parade.

• The Parade culminates across the front of the grand stand at the fair grounds.

• Any current band member, alumni band member or county musician is eligible to join the Marching Band.

• Rehearsal is 8:30am on August 15th at Ashland HS. This will allow a run-through of the music, organization of the parade block, and prep for any drum cadences.

• We will perform I Saw Her Standing There & I'm a Believer during the parade. You can choose to memorize the pieces or bring a flip folder & lyre.

• Wear anything Patriotic or Red, White & Blue for the event, along with comfortable shoes. Ashland County Community Marching Band t-shirts can be made for purchase. If anyone is interested please email.

• We will have a flatbed available for anyone that wants to ride during the parade.

• Reach out to your local band director with any instrument needs or questions.

• Any performer under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult or their band director for safety purposes.
