OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES
The General Objective is to advance the understanding of how the brain processes time under changing internal states and to clarify the dynamic interplay between physiological activation, prediction and cognition.
Examine how fluctuations in arousal, operationalized as high versus low physiological activation, influence temporal predictions derived from behavioral modeling.
Identify the EEG signatures that accompany these arousal-driven changes in temporal prediction.
