為了減輕您管理出缺席的負擔,iLearn 教學平台即日起推出「點名紀錄自動同步學生請假」新功能!
未來當學生透過學校系統請假並經核准後,系統將自動把假單狀態(如:公假、病假、事假)寫入iLearn 課程中的點名紀錄,您無須再手動修改。
✨ 自動同步四步驟:
老師點名: 老師於上課當日透過 iLearn 進行點名。
學生請假: 學生至學校請假系統申請請假。
核准假單: 老師核准假單。
自動同步: 系統將於您核准後 2 日內,自動將 iLearn 該堂課的學生狀態更新為對應的假別。(若於上課日前核准,則會在上課日後 2 日內更新)
⚠️ 重要提醒 (功能生效關鍵): 此功能有一個關鍵前提,請老師務必留意:
必須在「上課當日」進行點名: 系統是依據「日期」進行比對。您必須在課程當天於 iLearn 產生點名活動,同步功能才會生效。
提早或補點名無效: 若您是「提早預開」或「事後補點」導致點名日期與實際上課日不符,系統將無法自動同步該筆請假資料。

Dear Professors,
To reduce the burden of managing attendance, the iLearn system has launched a new feature: "Automatic Synchronization of Leave Records."
Starting today, once a student's leave application is approved in the university system, the leave status (e.g., Official Leave, Sick Leave, Personal Leave) will automatically update in your iLearn attendance record. You no longer need to modify it manually.
✨ How it Works (4 Steps):
Instructor Takes Attendance: You must create the attendance activity on iLearn on the actual class day.
Student Applies for Leave: The student submits a leave request via the university leave system.
Leave Approval: You approve the leave request.
Auto-Sync: The system will automatically update the student's status in iLearn within 2 days after approval. (If approved before the class day, it will be updated within 2 days after the class day.)
⚠️ Important Requirement (Crucial for functionality): Please note the following prerequisite for this feature to work:
Attendance MUST be taken on the "Class Day": The system uses the date to match records. You must generate the attendance activity in iLearn on the actual day of the course.
Early or Make-up attendance is invalid: If you open attendance early or record it retroactively (make-up), the dates will not match, and the system will not be able to sync the leave data.
