Rules for Box Tops

Qualifying Box Tops

• No expired Box Tops will be accepted

• No photocopies or other reproductions will be accepted

• Alphanumeric code must be visible

Box Tops Collection Sheet

• Each form holds 25 Box Tops

• If you do not have 25 Box Tops, do not put them on the form

• ​Place them in a Ziploc bag with total count and your name on it
