WHERE TO DELIVER AND HOW TO LABEL GIFTS

How to Prepare and Deliver Your Angel Gifts

Thank you for adopting a 2025 Lewisville ISD Angel! Please follow the steps below to prepare and deliver your gifts correctly.

🧸 Preparing Your Gifts

• Clearly label your bag or box with the Angel Code (found in your spreadsheet and confirmation email).

  • Example: LHS05C – each code begins with the school name.

• Place all gifts for one Angel in a single bag or box.

• Do not wrap gifts. Our volunteers will take care of wrapping.

• Please include:

  • One roll of wrapping paper per Angel

  • Boxes for clothing items, if possible

  • Roll of tape, if possible

• If you adopted more than one Angel, keep each one’s gifts separate and label each bag or box with the correct Angel Code.

• Use a sturdy label (like a mailing label) that won’t fall off.

• You do not need to label individual items—just the outside of the bag or box.

📍 Delivery Location & Times- Delivery daily to Garden Ridge Elementary, however, we have a few schools on the East side that have a few dates that you may deliver to. Select which place, date, and time work best for your delivery.

🛻 Drop-Off Schedule: Please make sure each Angel’s gifts are securely packaged, labeled, and separated before delivery. You may select which delivery location is best for your location.  Please note they have different dates and times. 

• Garden Ridge Elementary: December 3–5:  4:00pm –  7:00pm

• Garden Ridge Elementary: Saturday, December 6:  9:00am –  4:00pm

• Garden Ridge Elementary: Monday, Dec. 8th: Wednesday, Dec. 10 from 8:00am - 8:00pm

• The Colony High School: Tuesday, December 9:  8:00am - 7:00pm - Deliver to Main Office

• Hebron High School: Wednesday, December 10: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

• Lakeview Middle School:  Saturday, December 6:  9:00am to 3:00pm

• Lakeview Middle School:  Tuesday, December 9:  5:00pm to 8:00pm

💖 Additional Giving Options

We’re grateful for extra donations that help support Angels not yet adopted, including:

• Gift cards

• Financial donations

• Toys for all ages

• Bikes for all ages

• Wrapping paper and clothing boxes

LHS ABC is a tax-exempt organization. Donation letters are available upon request.
