1. Please make sure your PC have installed the Adobe Acrobat Standard (Professional) and later, and your printer have added the device of Adobe PDF. If you do not have the software mentioned as above, you can download a free trial of Adobe Acrobat from Acrobat website.

Special reminder: This software is only available for a 7-day trial period.
2. Open the file of Word you want to convert, and click “File”→ click “Print” to open the dialogue box, and choose the printer of “Adobe PDF”→ “Print”. Then, the PDF file will be opened automatically after it is converted. Please check again if the file has been converted successfully after you go thru this step.

1. Please download the watermarks to the computer (right click to save the pictures).
2. Open the PDF file, and click “Tools”→ “Watermark”→ “Add Watermark”.
3. First, browse the watermark file, second, Absolute Scale is "100%", third, Location is "Appear behind page", fourth, Position doesn't change, fifth, Page Range, it is necessary to add watermark to every page except for the front cover and the dissertation/thesis Approval Letter by the Oral Defense Committee which has been signed.
