We are focused on avoiding chemicals of concern in our products. The increasingly clear connection between sustainable, safe chemistry and better employee health and well-being.

• Green buildings:

We became a founding member of the US Green Building Council in 1991. Today, we have several certified sustainable buildings across our global footprint, helping our customers outfit many more.

• WELL buildings:

In 2020, we became the first furniture company to register for WELL Portfolio, which enables organizations to enhance their spaces and improve human well-being across a global footprint. 

• Exclusionary / Inclusionary Screening :

Excluding companies that operate in the particular field. (E.g., manufacture of controversial weapons and tobacco producers)

• ESG Factor Integration:

 Each manager’s ESG factor is then considered and monitored as part of the wider manager research process.

• ESG Reporting:

On an annual basis, we provide t an ESG report which provides further information on how ESG factors are monitored within the portfolio.
