This workshop presentation is geared towards current and future online teachers using popular streaming programs such as Zoom, Meet, and Skype. It makes the assumption that the reader does not have years of technical computer repair training, but also assumes that the number of problems are myriad. This presentation covers common problems with examples, possible solutions, and backup plans in case things go wrong. Audio clips included.
