School Advisory Council (SAC)

What is a School Advisory Council?

The School Advisory Council is an advisory council made up of all the stakeholders of the school.  Our Council consists to two teachers, three parents, one Support Personnel, two community members, and the Principal.  The Council meets eight times a year and a notice of upcoming meetings is placed in the school's newsletter and on school website.  It's focus, as an Advisory Council, is to promote school improvement and collaboration among the school, the home, and the community in working together to ensure a high quality of education for all children of West Northfield School.
