This template gives teachers a quick, UDL aligned snapshot of each learner’s strengths, challenges, preferences, and goals across Access, Engagement, and Expression. Students identify what supports their learning, what creates barriers, and the strategies or tools that help them succeed. With this one page profile, teachers can design learning that offers multiple ways to engage, represent information, and express understanding—reducing barriers, honoring learner variability, and strengthening student agency for more equitable, responsive learning experiences.
