student referred to our team through offering a range of services and resources.
We practice equity and a relational, trauma-responsive approach.

Our Student Services Specialist Staff - also known as Community of Schools (COS) - consists of Speech Language Pathologists, Assistive Technology Specialist, AT Support Workers, School Psychologists, LD Specialist Teachers, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, and APSEA Intinerant Teachers.

All referral for services (SLP, Psychologists, AT, Autism Services, etc.) need to go through your Teaching Support Team (TST). Referrals can come from a Student Planning Team meeting or Teaching Support Team discussion. Referrals are submitted in TIENET.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should be notified prior to making the referral for service. In most cases, there will be a wait for the service.
Referral for Services (SLP, AT, OT/PT, Psychology, LD, Autism Services) are submitted through TIENET with the information from this accompanying document.
