Imhotep’s Legacy Academy (ILA) is an academic enrichment program, affiliated with Dalhousie University, which aims to increase the representation of African Canadians in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) professions. Looking for Host Families for International Students
The Nova Scotia International Student Program through the Halifax Regional Center for Education, is seeking host families in the Bay View High School area. Community families are currently hosting 44 students from 14 countries. Students range from grades 8-12, and live with their host family while going to our local schools.
