School/Student Success Plan 2025-26

The School/Student Success Plan Goals :

• Well-Being Goal: to achieve and maintain a daily student attendance rate of at least 80% by June 2026 through

consistent communication with families and targeted alignment of resources to support regular attendance.

• Literacy Goal: to provide a detailed examination (orange) of important ideas (yellow), to improve organization in writing

using the SRSD framework

• Mathematics Goal: Utilize diagnostic data to guide instructional planning, drive assessment practices, and implement outcome-

based assessments to enhance student achievement.
