Connect The Dots


The Youth Project, in partnership with Halifax Libraries is pleased to present Connect the Dots, a social support group for youth 18 and under, around sexual orientation and gender identity.


Sackville Public Library

1st Tuesday of the month

Big Brothers Big Sisters


This program provides young people with positive role models through consistent outings.The One-to-One mentoring program typically consists of two regularly scheduled outings a month of a few hours each and a minimum of a one year commitment. In order to be enrolled in the program, children must be a minimum of 7 years old.


Cadets Canada


The Cadet Program is a dynamic, funded program for young Canadians aged 12 to 18 across the country. The cadet program offers once in a lifetime opportunities that develop leadership, citizenship, and self-confidence. From flying, sailing, to going on expeditions - your adventure starts here.



Memory Lane Family Centre


Memory Lane Family Centre's goal is to provide preventative, strength-based programs and services to children and families in the community to promote healthy family development.

All programs are free of charge, with the exception of the subsidized Family Home Day Care, and the subsidized Preschool Programs.
