Lunch at OVEC

1. Students can bring their lunch from home: 

a. Students will eat in their homeroom 

b. No heat ups- no access to microwaves 

c. Reminder that we have students with peanuts allergies 

d. If possible we ask students to pack and take used wrappers and packaging back home for disposal.

2. Students can purchase lunch: 

a. Chartwells is the company that serves OVEC 

b. Online purchasing is the only option for our cafeteria this year 

c. Parents/Guardians create an account for their child online 

d. Parents/Guardians can pre-order and pay online 

e. Lunch will be delivered to the classrooms

3. Students within walking distance (walkers) can continue to go home for lunch. 

4. Parent/Guardians can pick up their child and take them to lunch : 

a. You can only pick up your own child 

b. Please be aware: 

i. First lunch - 11:15AM -12PM. 

Students are required to be back in the building and in their homeroom at 12PM

 ii. Second lunch- 11:50AM-12:35PM. 

Students are required to be back in the building and in their homeroom at 12:35PM

c.  Bus students are not permitted to leave grounds unless travelling with parent/guardian.
