Library Asset Agreement

Every time an asset is put in a students name through the library, they will get emailed an asset agreement in which the student agrees to when they take technology.

Purpose of Use: The Student agrees to use the assets solely for educational purposes related to their academic studies at MRHS

Care and Maintenance: The Student agrees to handle the assets with care and maintain them in good condition. Any damage or loss resulting from negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the Student.

Return of Assets: The Student agrees to return all borrowed assets to MRHS upon completion of grade 12 or when requested by MRHS. The assets should be returned in the same condition as they were received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Duration of Agreement: This agreement is valid for the duration of the Student's enrollment at MRHS unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or by MRHS due to violation of the terms herein.

Ownership and Liability: The assets provided under this agreement remain the property of MRHS. The Student agrees not to sell, transfer, or pledge the assets as collateral. The Student assumes liability for any damages caused to the assets while in their possession.

Reporting of Issues: The Student agrees to promptly report any issues, damages, or malfunctions concerning the assets to the Institution.
