Needed Classroom Supplies:
Our shared supplies system is working great so far. We only needed to receive more of clipboards. We only have about 10 to share. Also, there are numerous students without indoor shoes. This hasn't been an issue for us yet, but it will be mandatory as the weather gets wetter (and colder). Once the snow starts, we'll have to wear our outdoor shoes inside to phys ed and change into our indoor shoes before entering the gym.
Here are some of the events that will be taking place that affect our class.
December 3: Report cards are emailed to families
December 5: No school for students, parent-teacher interviews 1-3 & 6-8
December 6: Presentation from the Clean Foundation about compost & soil
December 9-13: Book Fair in the library. Books and gifts are on sale. This is a fundraiser for our library.
December 11: Maker's Making Change workshop (permission forms will be sent home this week)
December 12: Our holiday concerts will take place during school on this day

December 17: Spirit Week- Flannel and Funky Socks Day
December 18: Spirit Week- Festive or Favourite Hat and Slipper Day
December 19: Spirit Week- Festive Colours and/or Sequins Day
December 20: Spirit Week- Comfy Cozy clothing or PJ Day
