I have a lot of experience in various careers and helping others to navigate career spaces.
My work history and credentials: Most recently I was the Executive Director of the Pan Cape Breton Food Hub. Prior to that, I worked as a School Liaison, an Information Resource Specialist, a Job Coach for people with disabilities, a freelance graphic designer, and have managed a small marine store in Baddeck. I've also had experience in food service, retail, pottery and tourism. I graduated from NSCC in 2014 with a Diploma in Graphic Design. I'm now working on my CCDP® (Certified Career Development Practitioner) designation. (More info on what that is, here.)
My LinkedIn profile is here: www.linkedin.com/in/leahcnoble
Personal info: From Baddeck originally, I now reside in North Sydney and have lived there since 2012. I've served on several boards, including the Cabot Trail Writers Festival, the Bras d'Or Stewardship Society, and ACAP Cape Breton (I served as President of that board for four years).
I have a son in Elementary school and in the evening or on weekends you can usually find me at the rink, pool or soccer field, cheering him on!
I also love writing and gardening and supporting local arts.
