2026 Tournaments

• Read through Technical Package so you and your players are aware of all rules/regulations

• Read through Coach Resources page

• Print Game Sheets and Score Cards (can be found in Coach Resources)

• Obtain Cheque for full amount for school (both teams). Invoices will be sent closer to tournament date.

• Make sure all players are aware of equipment/supplies needed

• Approved equipment for all players (can be found in the Technical Package). 

  • Please note requirements for Pitchers (Face Mask) and Catchers (Face Mask AND Chest Protection).

• First Aid Kit

•  2 new (or newly used) regulation balls to the tournament. (Male 12”) (Female 11”) Worth “HOT DOT”

• Also Recommended for Players:

  • Water, Lunch, Snacks

  • Sunscreen / Sun Shelter

  • Rain Gear if necessary

The Halifax Common and possibly Range Park will be used for fields in 2026. Maybank Park is under construction and closed for the season.
Be aware that there is limited parking at the Common, so plan to arrive early.

Coordinator will be on site to check teams in and receive payment.
All coaches should text 902-478-1642 with their Full Name and School
(Text will be the main method on communication on tournament day for reporting scores or as other issues arrive)

Schedules

Tournament schedules will be released after registration closes. Schools should discuss available dates with admin before registering.

Rain Dates

Should there be a weather cancellation, tournaments will be held on the next available rain date in the calendar.
Rain dates will be announced when schedules are released.
