2025/26 String Instrument Loans

If your child's string teacher has asked you to book an appointment to visit the Instrument Loan Office, please use the link below to book an appointment time. (ALL VIOLIN, VIOLA, CELLO, BASS appointments, use this link)

If you are simply RETURNING a string instrument to us, this can be done Tuesday - Thursday, 11am - 5:30pm, or Friday, 9am-2pm, at Halifax Central Junior High.  Please use the Chestnut Street Entrance.  You can call ahead to make sure someone is there to receive your returned instrument at this phone number: 902-464-2000  ext 3325

2025/26 Band Instrument Loans  (DO NOT USE THIS LINK FOR STRING INSTRUMENT APPOINTMENTS, SEE ABOVE)

All HRA band instrument loans must be requested through your child's school band teacher.

If your child's HRA band instrument needs repairs, please ask your child's school band teacher for instructions.  If your child's band teacher instructs you to visit the Instrument Loan Office to return your instrument for repairs, you can book an appointment using the link below.  Please bring the form from your band teacher with you.
