About Ms. Hudson

I am a physical education specialist who has been teaching in with the Halifax Regional Center for Education since 2009. I enjoy teaching students how to be active and learn new skills. Most of all I love helping students learn how to be have good sportsmanship, demonstrate fair play and learn resilience (to keep trying even when things seem tough)!
My education started at Dalhousie University where I did my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. Then I attended University of Maine at Presque Ilse where I did the Physical Education program. I also received my Masters in Physical Education from Memorial University and am excited to be taking the Outdoor Education Certification with St. FX university currently.
I am the physical education teacher at two schools in Dartmouth Nova Scotia: Crichton Park and Alderney Elementary Schools.
