Transcript Request

Halifax West High School will be closed from July 1st until August 31st.

During this time, transcripts will only be processed on specific days.  See below for details:

• Transcripts requested between July 1st-21st, will be processed on July 22nd.

• Transcripts requested between July 23rd - August 24th will be processed on August 25th.

Transcripts can be emailed, mailed via Canada Post, or picked up. 

If you choose to pick up your transcript, please wait for confirmation that it is ready before arriving at the school.

• For Current Halifax West Students & Students that attended Halifax West between 2012 - Present

  • • MyTranscripts is available for Nova Scotia Students that are applying to Nova Scotia Universities and Colleges - see the 11 available schools on the My Transcript Site -

    • This is available to students that are currently enrolled or graduated in 2012 or later. Instead of sending a paper transcript, you will be asked to provide your Nova Scotia Provincial Student Number (PSN) on the application for admission to the Nova Scotia university or college of your choice. 

• For Former Students of 2011 or earlier please complete STEPS 1 & 2 below:
