In Nova Scotia, Regional Centres for Education use Google Workspace for Education to provide digital productivity and communication tools for students. Google also provides the option to add additional services to our student accounts as needed but these additional tools require permission from parents/guardians/caregivers before we can activate an additional service.

Your child may benefit from the use of Google Translate to support their learning at school. By giving your permission to add this to their account, they will have access to online language tools. Google Translate provides the ability to translate text, audio, and visuals between multiple languages while the student is using their Google Workspace for Education account.
