Please fill out form if you require a FINAL TRANSCRIPT to be e-mailed to universities/colleges you are planning to attend in the fall. REMEMBER: If you used your Power School Number (Starts with a 310...) when you applied (electronic transcript system), you do not have to request a transcript. The electronic transcript system is ONLY available for Nova Scotia Universities and NSCC! If you are NOT SURE, fill out form!
