There is more to education than getting a high school diploma. While the diploma is important, it is equally important for students to graduate with the skills they need to succeed both in work and life. Our education system shows students what they can achieve when they try their best. It introduces them to the world of possibilities that exist for a career. It gives them the skills they need to take the next step in their lives. That is why it is so important for every student to complete high school. One way we can help every student to graduate is by offering a variety of ways to learn. That’s where you come in. By becoming a mentor and connecting with youth, you can offer students experience rooted in the real world, with the opportunity to learn outside the classroom. You can inspire them to choose their future career. And who knows? You may hire one of these students one day!
