Building resilience gives children the ability to tackle issues head on, overcome setbacks and make meaningful progress towards personal goals and success. It is about learning to grow in all situations with confidence and a positive mindset.
Wellbeing is a multi-dimensional approach to balance in one's life. It involves physical, social, spiritual, emotional and intellectual balance. A child's well-being requires support, relationship building and empowerment towards their individual needs.
Our community determines our sense of connectedness and supports to one another and is the space wherein we build resilience and well-being. We know those who are happiest are those who do for others, and only a strong community can enhance the lives of our children.
