If a resource stores student data outside of Canada, a DRA must be completed by the region and signed by the regional director. Many resources do not store student data and do not require a DRA. If you have questions or would like to use a resource that requires a DRA but does not have one completed, email leannacampbell@cbvrce.ca or kurtk@cbvrce.ca

Student Engagement: Will it capture students' interest and encourage active participation?
Ease of Use: Is it intuitive and user-friendly for both you and your students?
Differentiation: Can it cater to diverse learning styles and abilities?
Data Privacy & Security: Does it comply with data protection laws and school policies? (Check the list of approved resources, or a Digital Resource Assessment may be required for unlisted resources.)
Accessibility: Is it accessible to all students, including those with special needs?
Technical Compatibility: Will it integrate smoothly with your existing classroom technology?
Bias Evaluation: Does it promote inclusivity and avoid stereotypes or biased perspectives?
