2026-27 School Year Pre-Primary and Primary Registrations week is January 12 – 16, 2026
Pre-Primary: Turns 4 years old on or before December 31, 2026
Primary: Turns 5 years old on or before December 31st, 2026
TO REGISTER AT SCHOOL: 9:00 – 2:00pm
1. Provide the following Documents:
Birth Certificate
N. S. Health Card
Proof of Address (Example: power bill, driver’s license, water bill).
2. Provide an Active Email Address in order to Receive Notices from the School.
3. Primary Supply Fee - $40. Payment method preferred – on-line. If this is not possible, cash payment will be accepted.
Paying School Fees can be done in School Cash online or in person at the school site.

Click on Register. Fill in all the blanks with the Parent name and information
Click Continue. Then add Student and student information. Confirm

Programs available:
Pre-primary is available to all SSRCE school communities.
In order to be eligible to attend pre-primary your child must be 4-years-old on or before December 31 in the year they start pre-primary.
Your family must live within the catchment area of the school that offers this program. You can check out the SSRCE’s catchment area map here.
Pre-primary does not have a waiting list. All families who live in the school catchment area will have a space in that school’s Pre-primary program.

Grade Primary
In order to register your child for Grade Primary, they must be 5-years-old on or before December 31 in the year they start Grade Primary.
Students will register for English programs at the school in their catchment area. Students who live in the catchment area for Early French Immersion will register at the French Immersion designated school in their catchment area.
