Program Director
I'm a dedicated youth and community support professional with over 15 years of experience working in child development, education, and disability support services. As a Student Support Worker for HRCE, I work collaboratively with youth, families, school staff, and community partners to support the academic achievement, well-being, and positive youth experiences.
In this role, I develop and implement strategies that encourage youth success, and strengthen communication between schools and families. Creating initiatives focused on equity, inclusion, and youth achievement. I'm passionate about offering supportive environments where youth feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Alongside my work in education, I have experience as a qualified Early Childhood Educator and Respite Worker, supporting children and youth with developmental disabilities, including autism and intellectual disabilities. I provide compassionate care and supervision in both home and community settings while fostering independence, social development, and emotional well-being.
My mission is to continue making a meaningful difference by mentoring youth in becoming confident leaders, active community members, and resilient individuals who believe in their own potential. I believe in lifelong learning, and creating innovative opportunities that encourage young people to grow, succeed, and lead with purpose.
I'm committed to supporting advocacy, inclusion, safety, and building meaningful connections that positively impact children, youth, and families.
