In their new Punjabi classroom, Year 4 pupils are enthusiastically engaging with Punjabi language games. These interactive activities are proving to be a valuable tool in mastering Punjabi letters, learning their associated sounds and improving spelling.

Year 5 pupils showcased their creativity and understanding of unity by creating Unity posters. Unity stands as a central theme in Sikhism, emphasizing the oneness of humanity. The pupils learned about the core beliefs of Sikhism including equality, compassion and communal harmony.

The pupils in the Reception class had a delightful time learning Punjabi letters. They enthusiastically sang the Punjabi alphabet song and successfully learned how to read the first five letters of the Punjabi alphabet. Furthermore, the pupils actively participated in an engaging activity where they identified and coloured pictures associated with learnt Punjab letters.Â
