Sports round-up
This term, our Year 6 Football and Netball teams have been busy representing the school in matches against other local schools. The teams have been working hard, playing as a team, and developing their tactical knowledge of the sports.
Netball
The Netball team began their season with 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. Considering it was the first time the team had played together, they put in a number of excellent performances. The team has worked extremely hard to get to this point, we hope they continue their progress throughout the season.
Football
The football team began their season with a fiercely contested 1-1 draw against Minet Junior (goal from Sahib). Considering it was the first time the team had played together, they put it an outstanding performance and played some excellent football.
