Refunds will be processed only in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If a student or parent makes a duplicate payment for the same fee item, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Transaction Error: In case of technical failure where the transaction is completed but not recorded in the institution's records.
Unauthorized / Fraudulent Transactions: Any unauthorized transaction reported in accordance with banking norms.
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Admin Office along with transaction details and proof of duplicate payment.
