Students who earn a 69 or below (D or F) on graded assignments will be offered a redo opportunity once per subject, per quarter in the format of "test corrections." The corrections will be worth up to half credit per question.

The test corrections will be due within one week from the date the graded assignment was returned to the student.

It is the student's responsibility to print, complete the retake form, and turn it in to the teacher. Once the form is submitted, the teacher will schedule a time with the student to complete the corrections.
