1.發表者請事先準備好Power Point簡報檔案，並於發表議程開始前10分鐘至發表場地，確認簡報電子檔播放。
2.每篇論文發表時間為10分鐘，於8分鐘時一聲鈴響，提醒時間將到，於10分鐘時二聲鈴響，請發表者結束發表。
3.所有發表者發表10分鐘結束後，綜合提問與討論時間為2-5分鐘。
Oral Presentation Huashan Conference- 2024 is to be held online
1.Presenters should prepare a Power Point presentation in advance and arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start of the program to confirm the playback of the electronic presentation file.
2.The presentation time for each paper is 10 minutes. One bell will ring at the 8-minute mark to remind the presenter that time is running out, and two bells will ring at the 10-minute mark to ask the presenter to end the presentation.
3.Presenters have finished their 10-minute presentations, there will be 2-5 minutes of questions and discussion.
『互動式海報』格式與注意事宜
研討會改為線上發表文章張貼版面為 A0 紙幅大小（約寬 85 公分、高 120 公分），以直式掛置。
研討會改為線上發表請發表人自行製作張貼資料，並請發表人或共同發表人至少一人到場，進行口頭互動發表4分鐘。
每篇論文發表時間為4分鐘，於3分鐘時一聲鈴響，提 醒時間將到，於4分鐘時二聲鈴響，請發表者結束發表， 並由下一位接續繼續發表。
研討會改為線上發表可當天自行攜帶前往或提早郵寄（請於一週前寄出）：
「自行攜帶」：可親自提早送至花師教育學院二樓教育系系辦，或當天於發表前攜帶至會場。
「郵寄方式」：地址：花蓮縣壽豐鄉大學路二段1號，收件者：國立東華大學教育與潛能開發學系 華山論見研討會籌備小組 收。
About the poster session format and notice Huashan Conference- 2024 is to be held online
1. Please inform us if you would abdicate the poster session.
2. Huashan Conference- 2024 is to be held online Poster size: A0 portrait poster, 120cm x 85cm.
3. At least one presenter or co-presenter shall be present to conduct oral interaction for 4 minutes. The presenter should prepare the poster.
4. Huashan Conference- 2024 is to be held online You may bring the poster on the Program Announcement day or send it in advance. (one week before)
I. Bring it your own: Hand in the poster to the office of Department of Education and Human Potentials Development in Hua-Shih College of Education.
