Dear Attendees,

Greetings!

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this sudden change in our seminar arrangements.

While we hope that you can come to Hualien to experience its beauty and stand side by side with Hualien villagers to experience the vitality of the local community, we must consider the recent earthquakes in Hualien, which pose a potential risk to safety. After careful consideration, we have decided to hold this seminar online. (C1 sessions will be a mix of physical and online).We apologize for any inconvenience.

The seminar will still be held at the same time as announced earlier (the original time). The online information will be posted on the official website by 4/30.

Interactive poster publishers do not need to prepare paper posters. They can use the electronic files of the posters when they are published.

If the event is changed to online, we will refund a portion of the registration fee. We will provide further details on this refund shortly.

「復始與眺望」—師資培育與學習科技的卅年造化

十年樹木，百年樹人。十年一輪，風水輪流。

每隔十年，既是檢視也是展望。

卅年前（1994）臺灣在教改風潮下，師資培育掀起了多元改革。

廿年前（2004）教育部提出「我國師資培育數量規劃方案」，開始進行師資減量，也著手將傳統的師範校院轉型。

十年前（2014）我國進入十二年國教時代，多元入學同時也開啟新一波的師資培育升級。

十年有成，十年有感。這一路走來的三十年師資培育之路，我們建構了怎樣多元專業教師風貌，又如何能因應未來三十年而準備？

再者，科技進展神速，隨著學習科技更新，從數位學習、行動學習到AI熱潮，未來的學習已非教師主導的學習步驟，而是共同探究的學習歷程，什麼是值得期待的教育新未來？師資培育甚至潛能開發如何應對這樣的趨勢，以確保教育專業的與時俱進？教育界如何促成或伴隨臺灣社會變遷，迎接往後的十年到卅年，基於此，茲訂下研討目的主要探究如下二項大主題：

1.師資培育如何因應未來科技變革

2.數位科技帶給未來學習的新趨向

徵稿主題：「復始與眺望」—師資培育與學習科技的卅年造化

(一)專家研究場次

1.師資培育改革的使命再造

2.能力到素養的養成與師資

3.AI發展與數位學習的未來

4.教育潛能開發的想像與應用

5.重要教育議題的連結與應用

～預計六場次，預計30～50篇（論文具雙審查制度）

(二)大學生場次

為鼓勵大學生將其研究小論文與學界分享，本屆起特增設此場次。凡是與本研討會主題相關之論文，皆歡迎投稿發表。

徵稿對象

1.專家及碩博士生場次：國內外教育相關領域之學者專家、碩博士生、中小學教師與其他關心教育的工作者；

2.大學生場次：大學生。

活動對象

國內外學者專家、研究人員、研究生、大學生、現職教師（含代理代課）、其他有興趣的民眾

活動形式

1. 大會專題演講

2. 主題論壇

3. 論文發表：口頭發表與「互動式」壁報發表

徵稿方式

一、投稿流程

接受的投稿稿件分為「完整論文(Completed Research Paper)」與「論文計畫(Research Proposal)」兩種類型。類型依照作者投稿時勾選而定
本研討會的發表形式有二：口頭發表、互動式壁報發表，由大會，將標註於發表證明上。依審查結果安排發表形式。
「完整論文」與「論文計畫」之投稿形式均為長篇摘要（徵稿資訊內附件檔案格式範例撰寫），除標題與作者姓名外，字數限於1200-1800字。
論文摘要截稿日期：2024年1月10日（星期三）前★收件截止日期延長至2023年1月17日（三）★ ，請填妥下列Google線上投稿申請表。

論文全文上限15,000字。

二、審查後公告

1.本研討會採雙盲審查制。完成審查後，籌備委員會將在2024年02月07日（三）前於大會網站公告論文通過名單，並以電子郵件寄發審查建議與繳費辦法，錄取者請務必在2024年3月1日（星期五）前完成報名與繳費，以確保論文排入大會議程。詳情請參閱本網站說明。

2.錄取者請務必在2024年03月20日（三）論文全文繳交期限前，填妥下列Google線上報名表，並上傳論文全文與授權書。

錄取者請留意:

1.錄取者必須在2024年3月1日（星期五）前完成報名與繳費，以確保論文排入大會議程。

2.如經錄取的稿件有兩位作者，可享報名優惠。請第一作者報名發表者(專家及碩博士生組)並繳交$500，其餘協同作者可報名與會者(無發表)只需繳交$300。如有一人參加需填寫一次表單，如您有兩人參加研討會，敬請填寫兩次表單。專家與碩博士組每篇入選之投稿作品至少需一名作者繳交研討會發表者 $500 之費用。

3.鼓勵大學生將其研究小論文與學界分享，本屆起另外增設大學生場次。凡是與本研討會主題相關之論文，皆歡迎大學生投稿發表，並給予大學生投稿者報名費優惠，如發表者是大學生並報名發表者(大學生組)只需繳交$100，其餘協同作者仍應報名與會者(無發表)並繳交$300。如您有兩人參加研討會，敬請填寫兩次表單。

報名費用：

發表者(專家及碩博士生組)$500：含研討會會議手冊、發表證明與當日餐費。

Call for Proposals and Reviews:

1.Submission Process

Two types of submissions are accepted: completed research paper and research proposal. Authors can choose one type for each submission, and it would be shown on the certificate of presentation
Completed Research Papers accepted for the conference will be presented in oral or poster sessions. They will be assigned by the conference committee according to the results of review process
Both completed research paper and research proposal should be first submitted in extended abstract format (please find Attachment 1). The length of extended abstract should be 1200 to 1800 words, excluding title and author. Full paper is limited under 15,000 words, including appendices and references
Please complete the Google online submission application form before January 10, 2024 (Wednesday). The deadline for submissions is extended to January 17, 2024 (Wed) .

2.Proposal review and announcement

All abstracts submitted to this conference will go through a double-blind review process. The results will be announced on the official website, and reviewers’ feedback and information of payment will be sent by e-mail. The accepted presentations should complete the payment before March 1, 2024 (Friday)for the paper to be included in the conference program

The registration fee is as follows. Please register according to your identity:

Presenter(Expert Group)：NT$500 Conference manual, certificate of presentation and one meal included
Participant (no presentation)：NT$300 Conference manual and one meal included
Participant (no presentation) ：$0 Attendance is for listening only, no information will be taken and no meal will be served.

Those who complete the registration and payment will receive an ID badge on the day of the conference. Please wear your ID badge when participating in any conference activity.
Presenters shall register following the above-mentioned submission process Participants shall register through the registration form on the official website.
The conference is certified as a professional development program. Please register on the registration form if you require a certificate of training hours.We will provide certificates on the day of the conference.
