Tips:
Chromebooks have a Search key instead of the Caps Lock key.The Search key launches the apps menu.
Click or tap with two fingers for right click
Swipe with two fingers to scroll
CTRL + takes screenshot of your current window
CTRL + SHIFT + allows you to take a partial screenshot by selecting the area you want to capture.

Completely shutdown the Chromebook. (Hold the power button for ~10 seconds.)
Once it has been shutdown; turn it back on.
You should boot up to the login screen. Type your full email address into the username box. You may be redirected to another login screen. If you are type your full email address again.
Type your password in.
Sometimes users accidentally mute their sound. To check for this try:
Pressing the volume up button on the keyboard. (Pictured to the right).
Also notice you have volume down, and Mute. Be aware that sometimes these buttons are pressed by mistake.
Open Chrome .
At the top right, click More Settings.
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
Click Camera or Microphone.
Turn on or off Ask before accessing.
Review your blocked and allowed sites.
To remove an existing exception or permission: To the right of the site, click Delete .
To allow a site that you already blocked: Under "Blocked," select the site's name and change the camera or microphone permission to "Allow."
When you first access a service that requires a microphone, (Talk & Type), a white box panel that will appear at the top left that will give permission for the service to access your microphone. If you don't do that, log out of her Chromebook, log back in, and try again.
If that doesn't work, reset the Chrome settings to default.
On your Chromebook, open Chrome browser.
At the top right, click More -->Settings.
At the bottom, click Advanced.
Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults Reset Settings.
Users can quickly change their Chromebooks resolution by using the following key combinations:
"Ctrl" + "Shift" and "+" : Increase screen scale, making items appear larger on your screen.
"Ctrl" + "Shift" and "–" : Decrease screen scale, making items appear smaller on your screen.
"Ctrl" + "Shift" and ")" : Reset screen scale to the default setting.
Users can change resolution and change other display options by going into the Display settings page:
Click the area where your profile picture, power indicator, and wifi options are. This will bring up a small window.
Click on the Settings icon (looks like a gear)
In the search box (at the top of the settings window) type "display" no quotes.
Click the displays option
check and make sure the URL is entered correctly and not missing the http. If that doesn't work, change browsers (e.g. Firefox)
make sure you have permissions to view the website.
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings. Advanced.
In the "Languages and input" section, select Language.
Find the language you want to use.
Optional: If you don't see the language you want, click Add languages. ...
Next to the language you want, select More. Choose how you want to use this language:
Show menus in this language: Select Show system text in this language, then select Restart. The next time you sign in, menus will show in the language you chose.
Show webpages in this language: Select Move to the top to move the language to the top of the list. If you'd like Google Chrome to automatically translate webpages, click Offer to translate pages in this language.
