9. Area of research interest
In the past two decades, I have engaged in researches of physical characteristics of semiconductors with structures of quantum dots, quantum wells, thin films, nanotrenches, etc. under various processing conditions of preparing the materials. The materials include Si, GaAs, III-V nitride, ZnO, etc. for the applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices. We are currently undergoing studies related to 2D materials and plasmonic metamaterials researches. I believe all these experience in teachings and researches will eventually make a valuable contribution to our society.
