State Testing Requests

For participation in the state testing windows, ACPS will facilitate the testing of students who are currently attending a private school on a HOPE, Family Empowerment Scholarship, or other state scholarship. If this applies to your student, please fill out the form below.

Alachua Count Public Schools will not administer statewide or national assessments to all other students attending a private school. We ask that your school of record apply to the state in order to administer these assessments. Please see the memo below from the Florida Department of Education. Similar memos about opportunities to apply are released each year.
