Movie Consent Form

Movies may be shown in the classroom for instructional purposes, classroom rewards, or on field trips during transport. When selecting movies, teachers will follow the selection criteria established in School Board Policy 2540 - Multimedia Use.

Please complete the Movie Consent Form indicating your approval of movies with a G or PG rating.

myPortal is a single-sign-on portal for educational digital resources. With district provided login credentials, all teachers and students can connect to a secure, single access point for instructionally relevant, digital applications used specifically in our district’s K-12 classrooms.

Canvas is the district's Learning Management System (LMS).  A Learning Management System provides a consistent platform with lessons, assignments, and other resources assigned by a teacher to students.

Safety Protocols

The Standard Response Protocol (SRP) is based on the response to any given situation not on individual scenarios. Like the Incident Command System (ICS), SRP demands a specific vocabulary but also allows for great flexibility.

Code of Conduct

Code of Student Conduct explains the rights, expectations, and responsibilities of students, parents, and the School District regarding student behavior. The Code is based on the Board’s policies governing students.

Digital Guidelines

Students across Alachua County are now engaging in a virtual learning environment through our Digital Academy. It is important that all students and adults adhere to these Student Responsibilities in a virtual learning environment, which include online behaviors for students and privacy guidelines for parents/guardians.

Volunteer Form
