Volunteers

There are many ways to volunteer in school. If you want to volunteer, click on the link below to complete a volunteer application. Alachua County Public Schools requires all volunteers to complete a new application EACH YEAR. Applications are completed online through Raptor Technologies. Paper applications are no longer accepted. Additionally, as part of standard safety practices, all volunteers and visitors must provide a photo ID each time they visit our school.

There are many ways to volunteer at school. Some possible volunteer opportunities are:

• Assisting with classroom celebrations and activities
• Chaperoning field trips
• Joining and helping the PTA
• Eating lunch with your child during Family Fun Picnics
• Participating in special events such as the Walk-a-Thon and Title 1 events
• Helping classroom teachers as needed
