The ACPS Chromebook checkout program opens on Sept. 8, 2026
Chromebook devices are provided to teachers and students for use at home. You must provide your own internet. It is not included with the device.
Step 1 - Download and complete the Device Agreement Form

After you have completed the form, return it to your school media specialist.
Step 2: Have your media specialist submit a request for a device.

Provided you do not currently have an ECF Chromebook on loan, your request will likely be approved

Step 3 - When your chromebook is delivered to the school, the media specialist will send your chromebook home with you. The full process takes about a week. If you need a device faster than that, you can come pick up a device at the following location:
