The Grant program that provided free Internet access for all ECF Devices (Dell 3100 Chromebooks) ENDED on June 30, 2024. 

If you have a chromebook with no internet, you may still use your device by connecting it to your personal internet, personal Hotspot like the one on your cell phone, or the ACPS network at school. If you will no longer plan to use your device or if you are leaving the school district, please return your device to the nearest school site.

There are 2 ways to recieve your chromebook
1.  It can be delivered to your school after you return the ECF agreement to a school representative
2.  In-Person Chromebook Checkout  is done at the the Sivia Center (3700 NE 53rd Ave, Gainesville, FL.)

Complete the request for the ECF agreement below for each child in your household that you are requesting a device.   Once your request is complete, we will send you the application paperwork and the next steps to receive a device.
