實驗室資訊
本實驗室致力於微波電路及天線之研究，並訓練與培育此方面之中高階研發人才。研究主題包含射頻前端模組設計、微波電路設計(寬頻/超寬頻5G毫米波PA、LNA、VGA)。主要之軟硬體設備如下：(本實驗室屬於本所之微波元件組，部分實驗設備為整組共用)
軟體部分：HFSS、ADS
儀器設備：網路分析儀、伺服器電腦、工作站電腦、個人電腦及印表機等。
Laboratory Information
This laboratory is dedicated to research in microwave circuits and antennas, as well as the training and development of mid-to-senior level R&D professionals in this field. Research topics include RF front-end module design, microwave circuit design (wideband/ultra-wideband 5G millimeter-wave PA, LNA, VGA). The main software and hardware equipment are as follows: (This laboratory is part of the Microwave Components Group of the institute, and some experimental equipment is shared across the group.)
Software: HFSS, ADS
Instrumentation and Equipment: Network analyzers, server computers, workstation computers, personal computers, and printers.
