實驗室成立宗旨


微波/毫米波實驗室成立於1993年9月,原稱為電波實驗室。本實驗室致力於微波電路及天線之研究,並訓練與培育此方面之中高階研發人才。研究主題包含濾波器-天線整合設計、微波電路設計(單頻/多頻微波濾波器、寬頻/超寬頻微波濾波器、平衡式微波濾波器、平衡式微波多工器及其他微波電路等)、多頻/超寬頻天線設計、波導元件設計等。主要之軟硬體設備如下:(本實驗室屬於本所之微波元件組,部分實驗設備為整組共用)

 

軟體部分:HFSS、ADS

儀器設備:Agilent 67-GHz 4埠向量網路分析儀、Anritsu (安立知) 40-GHz 2埠向量網路分析儀、HP 6-GHz向量網路分析儀、高頻訊號產生器、綜合測試儀、雜數指數儀、高速電路板PCB雕刻機、紫外線曝光機、光阻液塗佈機、PCB蝕刻機、個人電腦及印表機等。
