Track and Field is a co-ed varsity sport that allows student athletes to develop skills in four major areas:

• Throws
• Jumps
• Sprints/ Hurdles
• Distance Running

Gryphons who join our team will be expected to REACH ...

• RESPECT coaches, other athletes, and officials
• Show EFFORT at practice, in school, and at meets
• Be ACCOUNTABLE for their own success, and hold teammates to the same high standards
• COMMIT to attending daily practices and completing every workout and event to their best of their personal ability
• Demonstrate HONESTY in all their actions
