Special Olympics Winter Games Volunteer Permission Slips are due by January 29, 2025.
Secondary ski club travels to Seven Springs or Hidden Valley and is structured differently than the elementary program. Students ride the bus to and from Seven Springs (exceptions are made for parents who ski with their students or have to leave early for club sporting events, travel, etc.). Students are on their own to ski and eat dinner. There is no check in with the chaperones until reporting to the bus at 9:15. All students are supplied with the Ski Club phone number that rings to the chaperones' phones. We have found this formula works, providing students to build self reliance and personal responsibility while being a phone call away from chaperone assistance.
Trips to Vail Resorts properties weather/conditions permitting.
Leave school at 3:15pm.
Ski / Snowboard from 4pm – 9:00pm. (Late for bus = forfeit next trip.)
