Mr. Aaron Kopania has been the General Music Teacher at Loring Flemming Elementary School for the past 11 years.
Prior to teaching in Gloucester Township, he completed his collegiate studies at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. He graduated from TCNJ (formerly Trenton State College) with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, with a K-12 certification.
Mr. Kopania completed his student teaching at the elementary level in Cherry Hill, NJ, having taught at Barton, Mann, Woodcrest, Johnson, and Kilmer Elementary schools. He also completed a portion of student teaching at the high school level at Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees, NJ.
Mr. Kopania's main instrument that he studied in college was the trumpet. He has played the trumpet since he started in band in the 4th grade.
When he is not at school, Mr. Kopania also works as an assistant DJ with the SCE Event Group, based in Farmingdale, NJ. He also enjoys spending his time with his cats (see below), and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Go Birds.
