The Community Connections Outreach Center is a community center providing services that strengthen and empower Camden County families and neighborhoods.

Community Connections Outreach is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where Camden County community members are welcome to go for family support, information, and services. Community Connections Outreach serves families in a safe and supportive home-like environment and offers programs and workshops designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich the lives of community members, and make families and the neighborhood stronger.
