Based in Glide, Oregon, we are a passionate community organization dedicated to spreading joy and support during the holiday season. Each year, we distribute more than 200 food boxes, along with gift cards and toys for children, to families in need throughout the North Umpqua area. Our mission is to alleviate food insecurity and ensure that every household can celebrate the holidays with warmth and cheer.
What sets us apart is our incredible team of volunteers. The North Umpqua Food and Gift Program is entirely volunteer-run, and we rely on the generosity and dedication of our community members to make our mission possible. Together, we work tirelessly to gather resources, organize donations, and deliver festive support to those who need it most.

A Big Thank You to Our Supporters!
This holiday season, the North Umpqua Holiday Food & Gift Program was able to serve 215 households in Glide and the surrounding areas thanks to the generosity of our community. We are especially grateful to the Pacific Power Foundation for their $5,000 grant, which allowed us to purchase a much-needed forklift to safely and efficiently manage our donations.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the individuals, families, and local businesses who contributed gifts and supplies. Your support ensures that families in our community can enjoy a special holiday season. Every donation, big or small, makes a meaningful difference!
