SPRING Conferences 2026

Encore teachers (Music, Art, Drama, STEM, Modern Media) will hold open house conferences this fall.  Conferences can be in person or by Google Meet. You may join the Google Meet link for the Encore teacher(s) that your child has this trimester any time during that teacher's open house hours on conference day. 

If you join us on Google Meet,  you will be able to "knock" to request to enter. Please be patient, as the teacher may be conferencing in person or in Google Meet with another family. The teacher will admit you into the Google Meet as soon as they are available. Keep in mind that most Encore teachers see over 280 students per trimester so please expect individual conferences to be no more than five minutes in length. 

Individual conference times should have already been scheduled for Band and Orchestra.
